		<description>hi i have purchased a Toshiba 42&quot; led tv,i get a problem on the screen.About a 1/5 of the screen seems to suffer from a shadow of colour from the displayed program showing,from left to right it is the second 1/5 area,i have been told that if i pull the plug from the electric socket on shutdown it will stop this ,but it has not any suggestions please.</description>
